Kerala seeks development partner for Azhikkal

The Indian state of Kerala has invited new bids for the development of the existing minor port of Azhikkal.

This will involve construction of a multi-purpose terminal and also a dedicated facility for the handling of cement and related products.

Cost is expected to be $30m.
