Port legal ruling call in Indonesia

Jakartas National Maritime Institute is to file a judicial review request at the Constitution Court, citing a conflict-of-interest between the interests of the Port Authority Board (BOP) and state run ports. This involves differing interpretations over various articles that regulate BOP, which may or may not allow it to interfere in decisions made by the Pelindo I, II and III port bodies that oversee port operations in Indonesia.
