Schedule slips for fourth JN box terminal
The original bidding deadline of April 30 established by the Indian port of Jawaharlal Nehru for its proposed fourth container terminal is now been extended to June 1.
The decision was based on a pre-application meeting held with prospective bidders.
Five are expected to pre-qualify for the final stage of bidding. The terminal is estimated to cost $1.3bn and will be managed on a 30-year concession basis.
