“The employees of our international customers are, in theory and practice, optimally prepared for their work on MHC’s – either at Gottwald’s own training centre in Dusseldorf, and/or directly at the customer on site.”
Gottwald differentiates between two basic kinds of crane operating staff training.
First, its service personnel as a rule provide instructions to the crane operating staff at the customer’s site right after the crane is assembled and commissioned. Second, crane driver training is provided by professional crane drivers. Gottwald operates no cranes itself so these drivers come from its customers having gained experience when operating Gottwald cranes over many years themselves.
