Centralisation cannot solve Santos bottlenecks

The mayor of Santos has partially blamed the centralisation of port management for the excessive number of bottlenecks at the Port of Santos. Paulo Alexandre Barbosa has therefore again asked for decision-making at the port to be decentralised.
