Martin Mannion, former AECOM head of ports EMIA region, has launched Mannion Marine Limited, offering port consulting services for container, cruise, ferry, oil & LNG marine developments.
Mr Mannion noted that this will cover port planning, feasibility, due diligence, expert witness, port optimisation, analysis and reviews, for port authorities, terminal owners, contractors, consultants and legal firms. Martin has over 30 years' professional experience in planning, design and supervision of maritime projects globally, including technical and commercial matters.
Prior experience includes master plans (Port of Dover UK, DPW Jebel Ali), major projects (London Gateway UK, MPS Tema Expansion Ghana, Boubyan Kuwait, Golden Pass LNG & Cameron LNG USA, Damietta NGL Egypt) and port optimisation work (Portsmouth Cruise, Belfast Dredging, Dover Fruit Terminal and Anguilla Port Management Study).
