TCP fined again; second box terminal mooted

In Uruguay, the National Ports Administration (ANP) has fined Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP) for failing to handle an agreed minimum number of containers between July 2016 and June 2017. It has therefore had to pay a total of $950,000. In June 2016, it had previously been fined $358,000.
