The ShibataFenderTeam Group (SFT), together with Soletanche Bachy, has equipped new berths at the Port of Le Havre, France, with 45 Special Element Fender Systems (FE-S 1250).
The ShibataFenderTeam Group (SFT), together with Soletanche Bachy, has equipped new berths at the Port of Le Havre, France, with 45 Special Element Fender Systems (FE-S 1250). The 7.2m-high fender systems have been designed to work with big tidal variations of around 8m, while also safely berthing vessels of more than 300m. SFT also supplied 20 sets of varying length steel ladders, to complete the process.
