Union eyes LPD directors fee hike
A proposal to increase the Lyttelton Port of Christchurch directors fee pool by almost 11% has sparked the interest of local port worker unions.
Both Maritime Union of New Zealand and Rail and Maritime Transport Union representatives say the proposal, which has been advised by an external consultant, also gives them a target for their pending wage round negotiations.
