Cavotec runway sale
Cavotec MSL has sold crane runway designand manufacture specialist Gantrex to Belgian Gantry Group for an undisclosedsum.
Cavotec Gantrex was acquired by Cavotec in November 2002, and generated revenue of $9.7m last year. Cavotec MSL will no longer include the Gantrex operation in its consolidated financial statements as of January 1, 2008.Cavotec MSL will funnel the net proceeds from the sale “acquisition candidates” and “potential transactions”.
