The Port of Miami has been awarded a US$16 million Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant which will be used to help implement the port’s intermodal rail expansion.
The Port of Miami has been awarded a US$16 million Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant which will be used to help implement the port’s intermodal rail expansion. Key works involved include adding two new rail tracks and three new ele ctric-powered rubber tyred gantries, and expedite cargo flow and reduce cargo dwell time.
