Van Oord Boosts Profit

Global marine construction and dredging specialist, Van Oord, has announced record high revenue and a doubling of profits for 2023. The Rotterdam-based company confirmed a revenue increase of 42 per cent to €2.9bn from €2.0bn in 2022, with net profit rising from €6 million to €127 million. Growth across both of the company’s Dredging & Infra and Offshore Energy business units was confirmed, as EBITDA rose from €243 million in 2022 to €379 million for 2023.
