ACS close to sell off of overseas port assets of Dragados-SPL
ACS, the parent holding of Dragados-SPL, has begun the sale of all of its subsidiarys overseas assets. This follows an agreement covering investment in the Indira Container Terminal in Mumbai.
Its Indian partner, Gammon, has agreed to acquire the 50% stake held by Dragados-SPL in two phases. The Spanish assets of Dragados-SPL eventually expected to be acquired by JP Morgan.
