Port Strategy: Fines make examples of Le Havre operators

Terminal Porte Océane (€135,000), Perrigault (€370,000), TN MSC (€40,000) and Générale de Manutention Portuaire (€80,000) have all received sanctions.

The action was brought by AP Moller-Maersk, which accused three of the operators of attempting to monopolise access to part of the new Port 2000 development and two to making an agreement to share their respective customers.
