APMT linked to Kaliningrad

APM Terminals has been linked with a new 6m teu-capacity port development at Baltiysk, in the Kaliningrad enclave of Russia. The project is said to be at the early stages of discussion and APM Terminals has subsequently said that it has no firm investment plan, although confirms that studies are underway.
