Jeddah invests in uprades
Over $260m is to be spent on an upgrade of Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Islamic Port to increase its capacity, according to Arab News.
The infrastructure works planned include the expansion of Route 8 – one of the major routes used by around 5,000 trucks entering the port every day – the construction of a new administration building and the upgrade of the port power network.
