Li Ka Shing''s Hutchison Whampoa (HWL), parent company of HPH, is buying a 12% stake in South Korea''s Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM). The move follows his recent acquisition of 15% of China Shipping Container Lines and his disposal of 5.6% of Orient Overseas Container Line.
