Libyan ports resume international operations
The security situation at the Libyan port of Tripoli and Benghazi has stabilised to such an extent that cargo vessels from both Italy and Malta have both made calls.
The European Union decision to lift sanctions made this possible.
Libya plans to import 500,000t of wheat and 400,000 tons of flour over the next two to three months.
