Low-cost reachstacker
Kalmar has launched an economy reachstacker, designed for medium capacity and average operational requirements. The company claims the DRF420-450L provides flexible container handling with increased customer value.
“Some of our new customers do not have the operational requirements that we offer with our current models, and some new applications will not need heavy and intensive usage of their machine,” said Mikael Persson of Kalmar’s parent company, Cargotec.
“The new model has an excellent level of total cost of ownership. It has low operating costs especially regarding energy consumption and maintenance costs,” he added.
