Melbourne''s much-opposed channel-deepening project is now over 10% complete.
Dredging began on 8 February, and has moved to the entrance of the bay, the most controversial area.
An application by opponents to stop the dredging has been dismissed by the Federal Court. Meanwhile, the economic downturn has had no effect on Melbourne's trade growth, which grew 10.3% in February.
