Olympic win for Transas
Transas Marine UK Limited has won thecontract to upgrade Portland Harbour Authoritys Navi-Harbour vessel trackingsystem in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games. The overhaul of the UK portsequipment will include a full software upgrade together with the addition ofCCTV and VHF radio equipment.
Oiltanking Mediaco Marseille, a new company being formed by French and German oil storage specialists, has committed to the project, with the first phase due on stream in 2010.
