GPA deal increases RoRo capacity at Brunswick

The Georgia Ports Authority has inked a 20-year deal with Wallenius Wilhelmsen which will see RoRo capacity at the Port of Brunswick significantly enhanced

GPA is nearing completion of a US$262 million investment in the port to develop an additional 130 acres (52.6 ha) of RoRo storage and warehousing.

This latest deal with Wallenius Wilhelmsen will help lay the foundation for the overall investment which also includes the construction of a fourth RoRo berth at the Colonel’s Island terminal.
