Puerto Bolívar on track to be Ecuador’s main port

Yilport is on track to delivering its vision to operate the main port in Ecuador with the arrival of five new cranes

The four ship-to-shore and one rubber-tyred gantry cranes are on route from Mitsui E&S – Paceco in Japan and are due to arrive in Puerto Bolívar on 29 November.

This latest order will bolster the port’s existing six STS cranes, 18 RTGs and four mobile harbour cranes, helping it shift one million teus of varied cargo.
