DSP, with the branch of DSP America, has entered into a significant agreement with Port Houston to provide essential processing and maintenance support for their Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages and database systems.

As the leading container port on the U.S. Gulf Coast, Port Houston plays a crucial role in global trade, handling more containers than any other port in the region. Its operations are powered by a state-of-the-art Terminal Operating System (TOS), Navis N4, which relies on EDI messaging to coordinate container movements with key stakeholders, including U.S. Customs, shipping lines, railroads, and port customers.

Under the agreement signed on February 20, 2025, DSP will manage the port’s EDI messaging infrastructure and provide ongoing support for its various databases. This initiative is integral to maintaining seamless communication between Port Houston and its global partners while ensuring uninterrupted freight mobility.
