LaseASTO

LaseASTO

The LaseASTO system uses laser scanners to detect and classify trucks and drivers in a work area, divided into a danger and a safety zone. It continuously tracks the position of people and triggers an emergency shutdown if someone enters the danger zone during container handling while providing information to the crane driver for safe operation.

LaseAYC 2

LaseAYC 2

The LaseAYC-2 system is used for automatic container handling and optimized operation of ASC container yards. Its core functions include high-precision pick-up and set-down tasks during stacking crane operation, automatic container handling, collision prevention, and preventing hard container settling.

LaseGCP

LaseGCP

The LaseGCP-3D system helps crane operators avoid collisions by generating 3D monitoring areas using multilayer laser scanners mounted on gantries. The system dynamically adjusts monitoring fields based on crane speed and triggers warnings or emergency stops when objects are detected in the warning or alarm fields.

LaseTLP

LaseTLP

The LaseTLP - Truck Lifting Prevention system prevents accidents by detecting if a truck-trailer combination is lifted with locked container twistlocks. The system consists of up to two 2D laser scanners that measure the gap between the lifted container and the truck trailer and interrupt the lifting process if both objects lift simultaneously.

LaseUCD

LaseUCD

The LaseUCD - Unremoved Cone Detection application is a three-dimensional laser measurement system that detects whether container locks (twistlocks) are still connected to the container at the beginning of the pickup process by RMG or RTG cranes.
