Caroline is a maritime sector expert with policy and operational knowledge from her roles in the European Boating Association and the UK’s Royal Yachting Association (RYA) as well as extensive experience in the delivery of a range of high profile, complex maritime infrastructure projects. Over the course of her career, Caroline has been consistently involved in the development of marine and environmental policy at UK and international level and has extensive experience in applying it in practice.
