A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has helped create a Cyber Incident Voluntary Reporting Scheme, which supports the authority in better understanding the cyber threats faced by shipping and ways in which positive protective action can be taken.One specific aim of the project is to further encourage all Panama-flagged vessels to report any detected cyber incidents to AMP for further investigation.
