Only one bid was received for each of the two multipurpose terminals to be built in the expansion area at Sagunto.
It will be capable of handling 9m tonnes of cargo annually, although this will be extended to 15m tonnes depending on demand.
Eurotransac bid for Terminal 1, which will cover an area of 115,000 sq m with a berthing line of 545m and alongside draught 16m. In the meantime, Terminal Polivalente Portuaria Sagunto presented an offer for Terminal 2, which will be the same size, except its quayside will be 470m long.
