Competition authorities in Chile have given the go-ahead for incumbent operators in the country''s V region to bid for the concession to operate the new Terminal 2 at the port of Valparaiso.
However, potential new entrants will be given the possibility of matching any bid entered by existing operators at either San Antonio or Valparaiso port.
