In the US cement industry, where Siwertell ship unloaders have been in use for decades, Bruks Siwertell continues to strengthen its market share, offering dust-free, highly efficient unloading solutions from large-scale installations to very agile road-mobile ship unloaders.
The company has entered new sectors, with an aggregate stockpile system installation for Lhoist North America. It is now increasing production capacity at Lhoist’s Alabama mine.
One of the largest agribusinesses in the world, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), is still benefiting from record-breaking grain loading operations since the delivery and installation of three Bruks ship loaders. They transformed its Ama, Louisiana, terminal in 2018 and continue to enable dust-tight and spillage-free grain loading.
Bruks Siwertell has also highlighted how its technology can enable grain handlers to capitalise on the advantages offered by the expanded Panama Canal.
Other key highlights demonstrate that operators can save significant amounts of money by taking a long-term view of dry bulk handling equipment and comparing the right figures, including actual through-ship capacity, total investment costs, dust and spillage, and maintenance, at the point of investment.
