Liebherr and Transnet Port Terminals have entered a landmark 10-year strategic partnership to modernise and enhance the operational efficiency of South Africa’s key ports

Under this collaboration, Transnet has already placed major orders for Liebherr equipment.

Four ship-to-shore cranes are currently being assembled for the Port of Durban, while 48 rubber-tyred gantry cranes are being delivered in phases to both Durban and Cape Town terminals.
