Sponsors of Coastlink - the Port of Tyne – have been shortlisted as finalists in 2 categories at the Maritime UK Awards: Clean Maritime Operator; and Clean Maritime Enabler. The port has impressed industry judges with their contribution to the transition to zero emissions, and their work to support green innovation in the UK Maritime sector.

Richard will be joining our panel discussion focussed on ‘Industry Challenges and New Opportunities for short sea and feeder shipping’ looking at the increased opportunities for the coastal shipping sector. Ian Blake will present on Day 2 of the conference, looking at the success of the work in the Port of Tyne Maritime Innovation Hub – the UK’s first maritime Innovation Hub. Ian will share his insight into how efficiencies can be made through communication, collaboration, and innovation.
