The Coastlink Conference, organised by Mercator Media, is held in leading maritime cities across both the UK and Europe.

Within the last several years the conference has taken place in Southampton (2019), Antwerp (2022), Liverpool (2023) and Port of Amsterdam (2024), Port of Bilbao (2025).

In 2026 Coastlink will take place in partnership with ABP on The Humber and is set to cover a number of leading sector topics. Stay tuned for further announcements!

ABP ports include Immingham, the UK’s largest port by tonnage, and Southampton, the nation’s number one export port, handling £40 billion of UK exports each year. ABP is an essential partner for the Offshore Wind industry, providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for over 50% of the sector’s activity.

Coastlink is a neutral pan-European network dedicated to the promotion of short sea and feeder shipping, and, the intermodal transport networks that support the sector. The conference promotes debate on the challenges and opportunities affecting the industry, whilst enabling conference delegates and participants to establish and build on relationships through the networking opportunities on offer.

It is a place for industry professionals to meet and discuss future innovation, economic and environmental considerations – and develop partnerships that will help build a sustainable future.
