Ignacio Benitez, PhD, Senior Project Manager at Fundación Valenciaport, leading innovation in sustainable port development. He manages the BlueBARGE Project, which develops a modular, flexible offshore power-barge to reduce emissions from moored and anchored vessels, supporting greener maritime operations.
