Maker of gate solutions for ports, ASE, has been acquired by Vitronic, a technology leader in traffic, tolling and automation.
The acquired portfolio comprises technologically leading OCR gate solutions for both rail and road traffic applications.

With this acquisition, Vitronic establishes the first fully integrated, end-to-end access solution covering all modes of transport across the entire logistics value chain.

ASE’s solutions will now be offered under the brand Vitronic – Freight Traffic. For existing ASE customers, all current contracts, contacts and ongoing projects will continue unchanged, while customers benefit from an expanded service and solutions portfolio through integration into the Vitronic Group.
