As a marine biologist, specialized on the interdisciplinary science of biogeochemistry the author worked several years with different environmental organizations and media companies. Then she changed to the infrastructure company bremenports. Nowadays she works in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation in Bremen.
