The Port Authority of Valencia (PAV) has received four tender bids for the execution of the container quay works in the northern extension of the Spanish port. These are from Acciona Construcción/Jan de Nul/Grupo Bertolin, Dragados/Rover Maritime/Torrescamara y Cia de Obras/Dredging International España/Dravo, FCC Construcción/Pavasal/Boscalis and Sacyr Construcción/Sociedad Anónima Trabajos y Obras/Becsa/Agrupacion Quinovart Obras y Servicios Hispania. The new container terminal will handle large ships through technology, eco-efficiency, intermodality and sustainability.
