Work begins on Klaipėda’s green hydrogen station

Construction has begun on a site dedicated to green hydrogen production and supply, which come next spring, will make Klaipėda the first port in Lithuania and the Baltic States to produce green hydrogen.

The station is expected to produce 127 tonnes of hydrogen annually, part of which will be used to power the first vessel in the country driven by green hydrogen, currently nearing completion.
