It’s all change again at the Brazilian port ministry where key officials have been replaced for political reasons and where the STS 10 tender in Santos (to build a new container terminal in South America’s largest port with 4.98 million TEU handled last year, up 3.2% on 2021) has been delayed for “further discussions”.
