Speakers invited for Coastlink 2025

The Port of Bilbao will play host to next year’s event from 29 – 30 April.

Coastlink is a pan-European network dedicated to the promotion of short sea and feeder shipping, and the intermodal transport networks that support the sector. It is a place for industry professionals to meet and discuss innovation, economic and environmental considerations and develop partnerships.

During the two-day conference leaders in the industry will take part in panel and session discussions covering the following topics:

• The renaissance of short sea shipping – supporting sector growth and the impact on ports.
• Expansion of green and digital corridors – showcasing the latest developments driving change.
• What do shippers want? – Greening the value chain and developing sustainable multimodal logistics networks
• Infrastructure development at ports to support short sea shipping and the energy transition – how are ports and terminals expanding?
• ETS carbon levy – the impact on EU ports and short sea shipping lines. What trends are emerging?
• OPS expansion – how do we increase the pace to meet demand?

Companies, organisations, and individuals are invited to submit abstracts of approximately 250 – 300 words. Submissions should include a biography and headshot photo of the speaker.
