Speakers invited for Coastlink 2025
Speaker submissions are being invited for Coastlink 2025, the short sea shipping and sustainable logistics network.
The Port of Bilbao will play host to next year’s event from 29 – 30 April.
Coastlink is a pan-European network dedicated to the promotion of short sea and feeder shipping, and the intermodal transport networks that support the sector. It is a place for industry professionals to meet and discuss innovation, economic and environmental considerations and develop partnerships.
During the two-day conference leaders in the industry will take part in panel and session discussions covering the following topics:
- The renaissance of short sea shipping – supporting sector growth and the impact on ports.
- Expansion of green and digital corridors – showcasing the latest developments driving change.
- What do shippers want? – Greening the value chain and developing sustainable multimodal logistics networks
- Infrastructure development at ports to support short sea shipping and the energy transition – how are ports and terminals expanding?
- ETS carbon levy – the impact on EU ports and short sea shipping lines. What trends are emerging?
- OPS expansion – how do we increase the pace to meet demand?
Companies, organisations, and individuals are invited to submit abstracts of approximately 250 – 300 words. Submissions should include a biography and headshot photo of the speaker.
