Salaverry up for sale
Perus state investment body, Proinversión, says that the Port of Salaverry will be offered as a concession later this year.
The government has received much opposition and it had been thought that the project had been cancelled.
However, a spokesperson for Proinversión stressed that, although not a priority, it was the government’s intention to issue a tender as soon as possible.
