Spotlight on André Mast, Commercial Director, A2B-online

Andre Mast

André Mast will be speaking at Coastlink 2026 and will share his experience of nearly 40 years in short sea shipping. Including positions at P&O Ferrymasters, Norfolkline, and DFDS. In 2013, he became one of the founding members of A2B-online Container in Moerdijk, helping to establish the company as a multimodal shortsea operator connecting the Continent and the UK.

A2B-online operates seven vessels, over 500 Tautliners, more than 2,600 45ft pallet-wide high cube containers (including 200 reefers), and over 200 trucks. In Moerdijk, the company works with other shortsea, barge, and rail operators to provide integrated multimodal solutions, offering both RoRo and LoLo services. The business focuses on efficient, sustainable transport, coordinating vessels, containers, and trucks to optimise routes and reduce environmental impact.

Speaking about Coastlink 2026, André Mast said: “Participating at Coastlink 2026 is important for us to share our view on the future of RoRo and LoLo shipping.” His session will cover operational practices, multimodal logistics, and the evolving role of shortsea shipping in European supply chains.

Join us at Coastlink 2026 to be part of shaping the future of short sea shipping and sustainable logistics.
