COSCO Pacific is said to be negotiating to take a 2025% shareholding in a north European terminal operator rumoured to be either PSA Corp-owned Antwerp operator Hesse-Noord Natie, or Ceres Amsterdam Marine Terminals BV owned by NYK. COSCO Pacific already has joint ventures with both companies.
