PSA Singapore (PSA) has officially launched the PSA Supply Chain Hub @ Tuas (PSCH) during a groundbreaking ceremony.
This ambitious project, set for completion by 2027, aims to revolutionise Singapore’s logistics and supply chain landscape.
Strategically located next to Tuas Port within the Free Trade Zone, the PSCH will integrate with Singapore’s supply chain system, enhancing connectivity as a regional distribution centre and container freight station.
“This new hub is well-positioned to support not only Singapore’s trade and logistics sector, but also the wider Southeast Asia region and beyond,” said Peter Voser, group chair of PSA International.
“PSCH will be Singapore’s gateway to the world. Along with PSA’s expanding suite of port adjacencies solutions, we are making significant progress towards realising our vision of building a more connected and sustainable end-to-end supply chain ecosystem.”
Set for completion in 2027 and covering over two million square feet (186,000 sqm), the hub will feature advanced technologies such as automated storage and retrieval systems and intelligent warehouse eXchange. These innovations will provide customers with improved visibility and streamlined processes says PSA.
Sustainability is a key focus of the PSCH with eco-friendly elements like renewable energy sources, sustainable drainage systems and an energy-efficient design. This aligns with PSA’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions and supporting Singapore’s transition to a greener future.
The development builds on PSA’s experience in managing port-adjacent ecosystems, including consolidating operations from the PSA Keppel Distripark, enhancing overall efficiency in logistics by 2027.
