The Port of Gothenburg has awarded a contract to Boskalis Sweden for blasting and dredging works under the Skandia Gateway infrastructure project, aimed at increasing capacity for larger vessels

Valued at approximately SEK 202 million (around €18 million), the contract covers works that will deepen the fairway into Scandinavia’s largest port from the current 13.5 metres to a maximum draught of 17.5 metres.
