The Harbour Coordination Centre (HCC), described as the ‘beating heart’ of the Port of Rotterdam, has officially reopened following extensive renovations aimed at future-proofing operations at Europe’s largest port

Operating round-the-clock, 365 days a year, the HCC plays a central role in managing vessel planning, port admissions and incident response.
