Martine Gripp Bay has broad experience in the energy and maritime industries. Her professional insight within naval architecture and her passion for strategy and innovation have resulted in several international engagements and work experiences, from practical work at shipyards to project management of multinational and interdisciplinary energy projects. Martine is engaged in business development at Grieg Maritime Group, where she works both strategically and operationally with the development of green and sustainable projects and evaluations of investments in technology startups. Martine holds two MSc degrees; Naval Architecture and Business Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
