Judicial review of Lázaro Cárdenas tender
Mexicos Transport and Communications Ministry is awaiting a judicial review of its decision to grant a consortium of ICA and APM Terminals a concession to build and operate a second container terminal at the port of Lazaro Cárdenas.
Although the group recently announced that it would invest $900m in the project, no official announcement has yet been made in respect of a definite contract being signed.
