Mitsui wins large crane order for Vietnamese terminal

Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding has won a deal with the Port of Haiphong Joint Stock Company for six ship-to-shore gantry cranes and 24 rubber-tyred gantry cranes

The six Mitsui-Paceco Portainers and 24 Mitsui-Paceco Transtainers will be put to use at CHP’s container terminal currently under construction in Hao Phong City in northern Vietnam.

The deal is one of the largest ever for both CHP and Mitsui E&S in the Vietnam market.
